KLA’s Foundation Privacy Policy

The KLA Foundation is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization (the “Foundation”) which aims to support and benefit the communities in which KLA employees live and work.  KLA’s Website Privacy Policy and EEA+ Supplemental Data Protection Law Disclosures, and California notices provisions explain how KLA collects and uses personal information and what choices you have generally. In addition, the Foundation describes in this privacy policy (the “Foundation Privacy Policy”) KLA’s procedures regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information obtained from you when you visit this Foundation website (“the Foundation Website”).

How the Foundation uses personal information

These outside service providers or agents are only authorized to use the information on the Foundation’s behalf for purposes such as to provide information you have requested, perform grant related services, or help us manage and analyze data and improve our Website.

How the Foundation protects your personal information

The Website uses Transport Layer Security (“TLS”) to protect information collected through the Website. In addition, we restrict access to your personal information. Only authorized individuals who need your personal information to perform a specific job (for example, a grant analyst) are permitted access to it.

This Foundation Privacy Policy may change from time to time and we will specify the date on which this Foundation Privacy Policy was last revised.
