Matching Gifts
The KLA Foundation matches each employee’s charitable contributions up to $10,000 annually. This program amplifies employees’ ability to support the causes they care about most.
Donations for Doers
KLA employees volunteer thousands of hours globally in our neighborhoods each year. To honor those who give their time and service to causes important to them, our Donations for Doers program allows employees to submit their volunteer hours and earn $10 per hour in volunteer rewards, up to $500 per employee. The rewards can then be donated to an employee’s eligible charitable organization of choice.
New Hire Rewards
The KLA Foundation welcomes all new KLA Employees with a $25 gift to donate to an eligible charitable organization of choice.
Team Volunteer Grants
KLA employees of five or more who participate in a community volunteer project together can request a grant to support the corresponding 501(c)3 or NGO community organization. Grant size ranges between $5,000 and $25,000 and correlates with the number of KLA employee volunteers.
Giving Tuesday Grants
In October, KLA employees across the globe are invited to nominate their favorite non-profit or NGO to receive one of five, $10,000 KLA Foundation grants. After a review committee puts forward 10 finalists, employees are invited to vote for who they think should receive a grant. On Giving Tuesday, a combination of top vote-getters in the U.S. and KLA’s global regions will win a $10,000 grant from the KLA Foundation.
